Good atmosphere and nice employees, but the menu could use some work. They have all of the basics but they also have “signature†drinks that are on the menu with no description. It makes it hard to decide what to order. Espresso is also a little bitter for my taste, but overall it was okay.
I’ve been here a few times prior to today for coffee dates or meeting up with a friend and generally have had nothing bad to say about my experience or the coffee in the past. Today was the first time I came in to grab a cup of coffee to go while walking around with my dogs and friend. Unfortunately, the minute we came in they immediately turned us away because of the no dog policy, even though I only wanted to grab it TO-GO. I understand and respect places that don’t allow dogs in the establishment unless you have an ESAN or Service Animal. Even so, the majority of places in Aksarben (even the new Inner Rail) at least allows me to get my order then leave. This alone will deter me from coming back at any point in the future with or without my dogs, who are essentially my children.
Very good coffe, good wifi, and a good place to meet and work.
Decided to try a local coffee establishment and I was pleasantly surprised. The coffee beverages tasted great. The staff was helpful, patient and informative. The cafe is clean with a rustic yet modern feel. They also offer wine and tapas. I will definitely come here again.
Open space concept that still feels like a nice, cozy coffee shop. Drinks are top shelf: you can smell and taste the quality immediately. Also some of the best, possibly the very best, coffee beans for home brewing I've ever had. It's my go-to coffee shop in Omaha.
Super friendly baristas! It was my first time there and they helped my friend and I find the perfect drinks! Super delicious. Chill cafe and awesome atmosphere!
Very good dark roast. A great wake up!!
Hands down the freshest and tastiest coffee around. Fast, friendly service. If you crave real good cup, this is your stop.
Cute coffee place in Askarben. We went on a weekend morning and it was pretty busy. There's a lot of seating but nearly every spot was full. Luckily despite how busy it was we still got our drinks quickly. I saw they have bakery items from Le Petite Paris which was neat. Overall, cute place, good service, and tasty drinks!
Dry cappuccino, and the beans were not roasted well and how it was presented I wasn't too impressed either. Tasted it and was not happy, yuck. No depth in flavor at all. Bitter. While the atmosphere is alright, if you're looking for cozy this is not the place. The service was on the same level...average. I'll be sticking to other local coffee shops that are just overall better.
Driven by many times and finally made the stop the other day! What a wonderful coffee shop. The decor is so rustic, unique, and inviting. I'd guess the shop itself inside seats around 24 people, not super large like some, but also has a nice roomy outside patio. The staff is friendly, prompt, and manages to get a line that's back to the door served quicker than any coffee shop I've ever been to. Amazing! I ordered a pumpkin spice latte on this trip, because tis the season! And I was very impressed with the flavors and good balance of sweet and espresso flavor. The pastries that were displayed looked appetizing and freshly made. I didn't try any this trip, but seeing how little was left they must be delicious!Definitely recommend if you are in the area. Parking is no problem here as a side note, hassle-free, plentiful, and no charge!
This inviting medium-sized coffeehouse has an outside patio with seating and occasional live musical performance. It feels urban-casual and makes good use of the space. Convenient no-pay parking lot is right there. Coffee is delicious.
Love their chai tea latte
Great coffee, live music! Also a great location!
I've been a regular to Roast Coffeehouse for several years now. It is definitely my #1 choice for coffee when I need to recharge from meeting with real estate clients and customers.Just today, I was so thankful to take a table and spend an hour regrouping for my next round of client appointments. It was like an impromptu office away from the office.
Great staff, clean environment, and a pretty cool place just to sit and chill for a minute or two. By far, though, what you need to know about Roast Coffeehouse is they have managed to create the BEST dark roast in Omaha! Seriously, it's pretty great and you should try some!
Bring your own cup for a $1 refill! Also has loyalty cards for buy 10 get one free! Great coffee, strong espresso, and an assortment of delicious baked goods. This place is generally very popular even on weekdays so it might not be the best place if you are looking for a place to work quietly for a few hours. However, it does have ample seating, and I often see individuals with their computers plugged in.
Great coffee. Friendly staff. Bring your own thermos for $1 drip brew.
I bought a London Fog. Tea flavor was a little weak for my preference, but it was still good and reasonably priced compared to similar establishments and menu selection. Will probably go back again.
First time visiting here and loved it. The staff helped me pick something to drink based on special requests. Thank you for offering a variety of milk alternatives. Will definitely return when we are back in town.
Super fun vibe here and great coffee too. Met someone early for a business meeting, connected to wifi. The front counter person was helpful and explained the coffee roasts well. Thanks!
One of my time 4 in town. The dude they have play guitar there sometimes is good. Plays with his soul
Not enough seating. Went in mid-afternoon and only one available seat and there were two of us. Decided to go next door instead.
Great coffee! Nice place.
Great service great green tea
Prices are right on and the service is excellent! Good customer service. Delicious Coffee!!
One of my favorite coffeehouses in Omaha! Always great drinks and service. Very welcoming.
This is a great coffee place. It has good atmosphere and friendly employees. Coffee is 1 dll if you bring your own coffee mug, oh yeah and it also tastes great. Only dislike are the stools which are a bit uncomfortable, but overall good spot to enjoy coffee while studying or talking with friends.
I had the churro doughnut and it was sooo tasty! Next time I'll try the Pain Au Chocolate. I also ordered a medium hot chocolate with whipped cream on top. It was good but I wish it was a little hotter. However, I did enjoy being able to drink it without scalding my tongue!
I love the place, location and their coffee. Staff is amazing and customer friendly. The competitive price for their offering bring your own cup cannot beaten.
Easily one of the best coffee shops in Omaha. Great coffee, great staff, great prices. The also have a small deli case. The few things I've tried were great. Most of the items are provided by other local companies too, so everything supports Omaha!
Love Martha. Love the vibe. Love the coffee. Love this place!!! #carmelbomb
I got sing a few songs with my good friend George! Music was amazing and the coffee was delicious!
